Sale of a leading independent temporary electrics and building services contractor for £7.6 Million

The corporate and commercial team advised the sellers on a management buy-out of the target group.  Working collaboratively with the MBO team’s legal and professional advisors, whilst at the same time liaising with third party lenders to ensure that all required consents and permissions were forth coming, to facilitate a timely completion of the transaction.

Sale of multiple well-known franchised businesses for a combined value of £3.85 Million

The corporate and commercial team advised their client on the sale of four very well-known franchised businesses.  The transactions were complicated in that the franchisor closely controls the sale of franchised businesses and so all negotiations and each stage of the transaction involved liaising with professional advisers for the buyer as well as the franchisor.

The transaction involved significant work and input by Attwaters Jameson Hill’s commercial property team who were instrumental in ensuring the positive and timely outcome for all involved in the transaction.

The corporate and commercial team are now working with this client on its the acquisition trail to build up a substantial portfolio of new fast food takeaway restaurants.

Sale of Property-Owning Company for £13.5 Million

The corporate and commercial team advised on the sale of a company with a substantial property asset in a key strategic area that was hugely valuable to the PLC buyer.  The transaction started out as a commercial property sale and morphed into a share sale transaction following tax advice.  Attwaters Jameson Hill’s commercial property team were essential to laying the bedrock of this successful deal and assisted throughout to achieve a successful and timely completion of this matter.
