- Commercial property matters for surveyors – we advise commercial surveyors on a number of matters, in particular heads of terms for contracts, leases and licences.
We have offices in Hertford, Ware and Loughton and can also meet with clients in Harlow and London (by appointment only). We also serve clients from across the whole region and nationally.

- Acting for a developer on the purchase of land for the construction of a block of flats and the subsequent granting of leases for those flats
- Acting for tenants acquiring the freehold of their building via the Right of First Refusal process
- Acting on an option agreement and overage agreement in respect of development land
- Acting on the purchase of a parcel of land to be used as an allotment
- Acting for a landlord on a lease renewal to a nationwide high street retail tenant
- Acting on a licence to occupy and store for the purposes of an infrastructure project.
