Our Commercial Property team works closely with surveyors and their clients to support them with any legal matters that may arise during the course of their work.

We understand that recommending a good law firm to your commercial clients takes a great deal of trust. Our Commercial Property team comprises three specialist lawyers (two solicitors and a chartered legal executive) and two experienced paralegals, all of whom have wide-ranging experience across the full spectrum of commercial property transactions.

We have invested heavily in our team giving us the expertise and ability to commit to your case and deliver a positive outcome, no matter how complex it may be. We are not just here for the initial transaction – we want to be on hand to support you and your clients on an ongoing basis, acting as the legal experts and advisors for your clients’ every legal need.

We can support commercial surveyors with:

• Drafting Heads of Terms, contracts, licences and leases
• Other legal matters relating to commercial property transactions
• Matters relating to specialist properties, including large estates and industrial sites
• Planning and property litigation matters (delivered by our respected Town & Country Planning and Dispute Resolution teams)
• Acting for tenants who do not have legal representation.
