Purchase of sites; planning agreement; part disposal of 50 unit residential development
Attwaters Jameson Hill acted for a developer company on its acquisition of two adjoining development sites.
We negotiated the terms of a planning agreement which led to the granting of planning permission for the build of approximately 50 units, a mix of apartments and houses. We then acted on the sale of part of the site for the provision of affordable housing and represented the client in connection with the development agreement to build those units.
