Our Head of Family Law achieves prestigious accreditations
We are pleased to announce that our Head of Family Law, Joyti Henchie, has achieved two prestigious accreditations from Resolution, the country’s largest organisation for Family Law professionals.
Joyti has been reaccredited in Private Children Law, as well as achieving accreditation for the first time in Complex Financial Remedies 2. The latter accreditation demonstrates her particular expertise in assisting high income clients during divorce or separation, where their case involves the division of complex wealth and assets.

Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme recognises members who demonstrate excellence in the practice of Family Law and in their own specific areas of expertise. Accredited specialists are therefore highly competent in their field – and must remain so to retain their accreditation. To be reaccredited, specialists must undergo continuing professional development to ensure they keep completely up to date with the law in their specialist fields.
Joyti is also identified as an Accredited Specialist on Resolution’s website, enabling potential clients to search for her and marking her out as a trusted expert in her field. In addition, Joyti is already accredited with the Law Society Family Law Scheme and Family Law Advanced Scheme (adult party’s representative – Children Law proceedings).
