New recruits bring their strengths to our Residential Property department

On behalf of Attwaters Jameson Hill posted on Friday, September 27th, 2019

We are very pleased to announce that we have recently welcomed two new members of staff to further boost the specialist expertise of our Residential Property team.

Licensed Conveyancer Kirstie Tompkins, who joined us in July, and Solicitor Jo Buck-Marshall, who came to the team more recently in September, both have years of experience in this complex area of the law. As well as adding to the breadth and depth of the department’s knowledge, they have also increased its caseload capacity by 50%, bringing the number of fee earners on the team up to six.

Jo, who specialises particularly in sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, takes pride in providing a personalised level of service to her clients and making the legal process of purchasing a property as stress-free as possible. Kirstie’s expertise also extends to transfers of equity and re-mortgages, as well as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Help to Buy and new-build properties.

Our Head of Residential Property, Peter Westbrook, is delighted to have Jo and Kirstie on board. He said, “Jo and Kirstie’s combined experience has greatly increased the level of service, client care and specialist knowledge the Residential Property department at Attwaters Jameson Hill can provide to our clients. Whether you’re a first-time buyer taking that first step on the property ladder, or a high-net-worth individual looking to expand your property portfolio, our expertise extends across the whole spectrum of property matters and we’re excited that our new fee-earners will be able to assist many more clients in reaching their property goals over the coming months and years.”
