I joined Attwaters Jameson Hill in September 2019.
I am a Solicitor and specialise in residential property, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. I am experienced with Grade 11 listed buildings that have been adapted for modern use (i.e converted pubs with ground mounted solar panels) and Heritage (including National Trust) and off grid property. I really enjoy offering a personal service and trying to make the legal process of buying property as stress free as possible.
My academic background was in performing arts and after completing my undergraduate degree in Dance I undertook the law conversion course and LPC at London Metropolitan University. After finishing university I was a Paralegal at different regional firms working in both Family Law and Residential Conveyancing.
I then moved to another firm in Hertfordshire, where I spent almost six years. It was here that I helped to build the residential conveyancing department and completed my training contract. After utilising my Residential Property experience, taking seats in Wills and Probate, and Family, I qualified as a solicitor in February 2018. After qualifying I returned full circle back to residential property department, where I started out as an assistant.
I grew up in Bishop’s Stortford and now live in Harlow, Essex with my husband and our pet rats.
My favourite food is chocolate and my go to drink is a cup of strong tea.
I have a lot of hobbies which include keeping fit and active, singing in a choir and travelling. When I was younger my dream job was to perform in Musical Theatre on the West End.
If I was stuck on desert island, my ideal companion (if Bear Grylls was busy) would be my husband
