Sunira Patel
My professional background
I went to Birmingham City University, then studied my LPC at BPP Law School in Holborn. I joined Attwaters Jameson Hill in October 2024. I specialise in Property Disputes, ranging from residential and commercial property disputes, 1954 Act proceedings, dilapidations claims, other landlord and tenant matters, and contractual disputes and debt recovery. I really enjoy the fact that every day brings a new challenge in this job, and no two days are the same.
Achievements and accreditations
I’m a member of the Property Litigation Association.
I successfully settled a TOLATA claim, which had been an ongoing dispute between the parties for at least five years.
About me
I live with my husband, our little boy and our three-year-old Cavapoo.
My favourite food is definitely a burger and chips. It’s hard to pick a favourite drink as I have two – an amaretto sour, or a Baileys.
In my spare time, I love to cook and bake sweet treats. I also enjoy reading and getting involved with anything creative. I love spending time with my family and going on long afternoon walks with our dog.
I like to watch medical documentaries – in fact, my dream childhood job was to be a surgeon!
I’m terrified of spiders and my ideal desert island companion would be Bear Grylls as I would probably have the best chance of survival
