My Professional Background

Prior to joining the Family Department of Attwaters Jameson Hill in 2022, my practice consisted of both family and civil law at a Legal 500 firm in London.

The focus of my practice encompasses all aspects of relationship breakdown; including pre and post nuptial agreements, dispute resolution, financial remedy proceedings, and children matters.

I appreciate that relationship breakdown can be an incredibly stressful period in one’s life, and the need for swift expert advice may be vital. Further no two matters are the same and sound advice tailored to individual need is often instrumental to achieving a satisfactory outcome.

Where appropriate I endorse the use of dispute resolution, and encourage private settlement that is both timely and conflict free. However if needs must, a robust approach can be enforced in seeking to secure the desired outcome.

I enjoy working closing with clients, which I believe assists in achieving optimal strategies to obtain satisfactory outcomes. I always seek to consider less obvious solutions to matters, and I am often able to do so as a result of a diverse practice background; which includes matters involving injunctive relief, property disputes, frozen assets, and matters with an international element.

I also have a keen interest in blockchain technology, and in particular cryptoassets; which are more frequently becoming a factor in financial remedy proceedings.

I have specialised in family law due to the human element that it involves, and pride myself in not only guiding my clients through the legal complexities they face, but also in seeking to mitigate the very real emotional cost to those involved.

I obtained both a BA in Public and Social Policy (Hons) and an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Ireland, Galway. I completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Bloomsbury; where I am currently an LLM candidate

About Me

Whilst born in England, I attended boarding school and later University in Ireland. I decided to return to England to be close to family, which includes two rather large and boisterous German Shepherds. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, travelling, and keeping up to date on current affairs (often via twitter). Although not one to scare easily, I do not particularly enjoy heights!
