About me

I was born in Colchester and left home at 11 to attend Boarding School. I am a single mum to three children; Madeleine, William and Jonathan. I enjoy eating Thai food and my favourite drink is a glass of Chardonnay. My hobbies include swimming yo-yo dieting and driving my convertible weekend car.

I enjoy learning new languages and am assisted in this pursuit by the variety of nationalities of au pairs that my children have had over the years. Currently we are all learning Spanish.

I am well on the way to clocking up the number of hours needed to obtain my light aircraft pilots licence.

I hosted a cooking show on Channel 4 called “Too Many Cooks” to celebrate my 40th birthday. (I am available to open Village fetes and to sign autographs).
