My Professional Background
I read law at the City Law School in London. I joined the Dispute Resolution department at Attwaters Jameson Hill in August 2019 having qualified as a solicitor in 2015. I am a litigator who specialises in Dispute Resolution, with a keen eye in contested probate / inheritance claims, complex trust disputes and contractual / building disputes. I also undertake Employment Law, representing both employers and employees.
I take a commercial and pragmatic approach to support my clients, both in litigation and in negotiations.
- Acted for defendants in a multimillion civil fraud claim, which involved worldwide freezing injunctions and various interim applications for specific disclosure and unless orders.
- Acted for a defendant and successfully discharged a freezing order in the excess of £750,000 relating to an alleged transfer at an undervalue and successfully obtained costs.
- Acted for a claimant company raising a breach of contract claim. Successfully obtained an unless order and a strike out due to non-compliance. Successfully defended an application to set aside the order and obtained damages and costs for the claimant.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping active and working out as much as I can. I also enjoy watching football and formula one as well as reading, with a particular focus on world history. My favourite drink is iced coffee and my favourite cuisine has to be Cantonese.
