Hertfordshire and Essex-based legal firm, Attwaters Jameson Hill, continues to grow from strength to strength by expanding its workforce with five new recruits, and thus the expertise available to its clients.

A recent addition to the award-winning Clinical Negligence department is Solicitor, Ivan Moody. Ivan has 27 years of experience specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury and is responsible for a wide range of cases, including surgical error, misdiagnosis and psychiatric injuries. He also has experience of working with the Ministry of Defence.

Attwaters Jameson Hill’s Family law department continues to grow in both numbers and expertise. Senior Solicitor Tanya Foster joined the firm in December 2016. Tanya has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law, having specialised in this area for half of her legal training and practicing purely in this ever since. Tanya is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution in areas of finance and children.

Demonstrating the firm’s dedication to its future workforce, Sara Stubbs who is currently employed as a Trainee Solicitor, will qualify as part of the Family department in May. Sara began working for Attwaters Jameson Hill in 2013 as a Litigation Executive within the Personal Injury department. Sara said: “I am delighted to have been offered a newly qualified position with the Family department later this year. Having worked for the firm since 2013, I have gained so much experience and built up an extensive knowledge of legal working practices. I am looking forward to developing my own client base and hope that in the future my clients will see me not only as their Solicitor, but as someone they can approach with queries or concerns“.

Attwaters Jameson Hill are also expanding their Employment team with the arrival of Charlotte Woolven-Brown this month. Charlotte is a Senior Solicitor, who is joining the Dispute Resolution team to lead the Employment Law service offered by Attwaters Jameson Hill. She has a wealth of experience in general civil disputes, with particular expertise in Construction Law.

Senior Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution department, Sheenagh Parsons, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Charlotte to the team. This is part of our ongoing plan to build a very strong team with the skills and expertise to provide a first-class service to our clients and the community“.

Newly qualified Solicitor, Ruby Sira-Shah, also joins the firm this month as part of the Commercial Property department in the Hertford office. Ruby has experience in many areas of Commercial Law, including contracts, high value residential acquisitions for private, commercial and local authority clients and legal research in relation to complex commercial transactions.

Zarina Bostan also joined the firm during December 2016, as part of the Personal Injury team as a Litigation Executive.

Attwaters Jameson Hill’s Managing Partner, Andrew Flannagan, said: “We are a local firm with national reach. It’s the people who make Attwaters Jameson Hill the success it is today and employing a variety of individuals, who bring with them their own experience both of life and the legal world, greatly enhances the expertise of the business“.
