Over the last year, Lesley-Ann has further developed her knowledge and understanding, by dealing with a number of very established, high net worth family trusts, the tax aspects associated with these, as well as a number of estates with a farming and agricultural element to them. Amongst many other things, she has also continued to build her Court of Protection knowledge, dealing with mentally incapacitated individuals and undertaking close liaison with their family members. Lesley-Ann brings new-found experience, particularly in the areas of trusts and tax, upon her return to Attwaters Jameson Hill, enabling her to provide an expert service to her clients.

Lesley-Ann said: “I am really pleased to be back at Attwaters Jameson Hill. The firm has formed a large part of my employment life for the last 10 years; I was professionally and emotionally drawn back. My year elsewhere has enabled me to apply different perspectives to my work, following exposure to new challenges and cases. This will certainly enhance the provision I can offer my clients.”

Furthermore, following hard work and dedication, Lesley-Ann has just passed her STEP examinations (the professional association for those advising families across generations), demonstrating her exceptional legal skills. She will soon become a fully-fledged STEP member.

Attwaters Jameson Hill will also be welcoming Keri Anne Rowan to the firm at the beginning of November, as a Solicitor within the Wills, Trusts & Probate department.

Attwaters Jameson Hill is based in four locations; Hertford, Ware, Loughton and Harlow. Lesley-Ann is predominantly based at the Ware office, but also serves Loughton and Harlow. Keri Anne will mainly be positioned at the Ware office.
