Our expert conveyancing team now has Moore to offer clients

On behalf of Attwaters Jameson Hill posted on Friday, June 15th, 2018

Attwaters Jameson Hill’s renowned service to property buyers and sellers has become even better thanks to the arrival of conveyancing Solicitor Andrew Moore, whose specialisms include high-value and matrimonial property cases.

Andrew has joined licensed conveyancer Debbie Barnett as a key member of our highly regarded Residential Property team headed by Peter Westbrook. The team is expert in all aspects of freehold and leasehold property ownership, remortgages, ‘right to buy’ and equity release.

“Joining Peter’s team is a perfect opportunity for me”, says Andrew. “I grew up in Hertfordshire and returned to the county after studying at Sheffield University. My years of conveyancing work have all been spent in Herts and adjoining counties, so I can hit the ground running and offer in-depth local insight to clients of my new firm.

“I’ve made my own family home in Herts with my wife and two daughters, who share my passion for sport. I’m a keen runner, having completed ten marathons, and also enjoy skiing and golf. Of course, when I’m working, my energy is channelled just as productively towards providing an outstanding service to every one of my clients”.

The members of Peter Westbrook’s team now have a remarkable 70 years of property conveyancing experience between them. Such depth and breadth can be particularly useful, as recent years have seen an increasingly complex property market and a tendency towards more complications when couples split up.

“Building a team with complementary abilities is so important and I welcome Andrew to ours”, comments Peter. “We can learn from each other at the same time as ensuring that we provide the best-informed advice to clients when an unusual property issue arises. Andrew’s background dovetails so well with the strengths of others in the team.

“Our team strives to deliver an efficient service, highly personalised yet making full use of technology where that’s of benefit. We don’t do conveyor-belt conveyancing here, as every client is assigned a professional who’s personally responsible for their transaction and chasing progress through to completion.

“Whilst we have the capacity to deal with complex high-value cases, even more so now we have Andrew with us, we handle transactions of all sizes and apply the same high level of professionalism in the case of a one-bedroom flat. We’re also involved in shared ownership, armed forces property, lease extensions, development, investment and other specialist aspects of the residential market”.
