Attwaters Jameson Hill Achieves Excellent Chambers and Partners Ranking Once More

We are pleased to announce that we have once again achieved excellent rankings in Chambers and Partners 2017, with both individual solicitors and departments being listed within Band 1.

David Kerry and Robert Jameson, both consultants at Attwaters Jameson Hill, were noted as Senior Statesmen. Chambers and Partners commented that David is described by interviewees as a “very thorough, detailed and savvy” practitioner. He is noted for his handling of maximum severity claims, while he is also recognised for his representation of vulnerable persons in negligence claims resulting from substandard care. Robert Jameson is described as “excellent“, noting that “he has got clarity and the ability to go straight to the key issues, rather than focusing on peripheral things“.

Band 1 rankings were achieved by two of our partners, and heads of departments, Madeline Seibert and Joyti Henchie, with Chambers and Partners noting that Madeline’s sources commend her as “a very accurate and conscientious worker, who is passionate about her clients“. Joyti is noted as an “exceptional practitioner with a first-class practice“, who is a “fantastic lawyer who always has time, no matter how busy she is“.

We are thrilled that our Clinical Negligence department was ranked within Band 1 for Essex, with supporting quotes stating “They are very professional and client-orientated. They are not faceless, they are compassionate and really good solicitors“. Our Clinical Negligence department is known for its expertise in complex clinical negligence litigation, including acting on claims concerning birth injury and psychiatric injury. The team also advise on high-value cases of brain damage and severe injuries in children.

Our Family department, known for being “a compact, impressive family law practice, covering the breadth of work in financial matters and both public and private children law“, achieved Band 2 status within Essex. Clients commented that the Family department are “A great team who are very caring, compassionate and understanding“.

The Personal Injury department was listed as a noted firm.
